• To deliver services: We use your email to send links to your digital galleries (e.g., via Pixieset or Google Drive).

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you:

• Cloud Storage: Platforms like Google Drive or Pixieset used to deliver your high-resolution images.
• Payment Processors: Mobile money providers (Airtel/MTN) and banks (FNB/Zanaco) when processing transactions.

4. Image Usage Rights (Model Release)

By engaging our services, you consent to being recorded, filmed, and photographed in connection with the production.

Promotional Use: You acknowledge that AliNafe Photography (the Producer) is the exclusive owner of all materials created. You consent to the use of these materials in any manner, including commercial release, distribution, and use as promotional materials (e.g., website portfolio, social media marketing, brochures) in perpetuity and throughout the world.

Editing Rights: We reserve the right to use, adapt, edit, or arrange the materials as needed for artistic or commercial purposes.

5. Photography of Minors

For subjects who are minors (under the age of 18), we require a parent or guardian to authorize the Release Agreement. The parent/guardian agrees to indemnify AliNafe Photography against liability arising from the use of images of the minor.
